Privacy Policy

HOMIDA stores the information you choose to save: account details, homes, messages, bills, photos and documents. Records are private by default. With your explicit consent, a verified invited landlord or agent can access only the selected information for a specific issue, until expiration or revocation. Previously viewed or downloaded information cannot be remotely erased.

When you run an AI analysis, the content you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. We do not use your documents for marketing or model training.

Payments are processed by Stripe. HOMIDA does not store your full card details.

You can export or delete your records, and delete your account, at any time from your Profile.
